I’ve been waiting 4 weeks for my order so far and the tracking number they gave me doesn’t work. I’ve reached out 4-5x. They keep giving me the run-around saying they’re looking into it. I can only get them through email. Their phone line goes to voicemail. I left a msg 3 weeks ago and no one has called back. Terrible service. Think Jamie Foxx knows how bad they’re running this company??
Purchased a pair of sunglasses connoisseur. Nose pads fell off. Called company and no help offered. Would not recommend them to anyone. Terrible service . won't call back! Get someone with barking dogs that can't do anything. VERY DISSATISFIED!!!
I have bought 3 pairs of blue light reading glasses from Prive Revaux. I really liked the first pair but the frames were cheaply made and broke after a couple of months. The other two pairs had lenses that required me to sit within 12 inches of my laptop screen - talk about impractical. They obviously didn't make the lenses correctly but won't do anything about it. Luckily I bought the last two pairs on clearance so I didn't pay much for them.
I ordered a pair of blue light glasses from Privé and was very excited to receive it. When I checked the shipping status weeks later I saw that it had supposedly already been delivered to my apartment. However, when I asked my front desk if they received the item (they keep very detailed notes), they said they had not. I contacted Privé to let them know I did not receive these glasses. They emailed back that the postal service tracking said it had arrived to my place, so there was nothing they could do about it. While I understand it might not be Privé's fault that it did not arrive, it is also not my fault it did not arrive. Yet there was not sympathy or effort to help on their end. It seems unfortunate that a popular company like this would treat a customer in such an unprofessional way. Just be careful when you order and pray that it doesn't get lost in the mail because Privé sure won't be there to have your back.
DO NOT buy! I ordered 8 pairs in total directly from their site. 4 came bent and one had the lenses scratched! When I contact customer service for help with return and exchange, they kept putting obstacles and having me jump through hoops just so that they wouldn’t have to pay for the return label. This, even after I provided them the above photos showing the damage. What more evidence do they need?? I ended up returning all 8 frames at my own expense and got done with it.
The quality of the frames is horrible. I bought a pair of blue light glasses 7 months ago. The frame just snapped when I was putting them on. I was not doing anything rough of unusual, just simply putting them on. I would not buy these again since they are not a good quality.

I bought a pair of sunglasses from their website. It was very quick to ship and debit money from my card, but when it arrived and didn’t suit me, I couldn’t get a hold of their customer service to confirm my return request. No reply for almost 2 weeks, which was the only window for making returns (that you pay for yourself, btw).
For such extremely lucrative marketing they do, you’d think they’d have the proper customer support team! Extremely disappointing experience.
No respons from customer service
Really long delivery, almost a month after I ordered some sunglasses I have not received anything. Quick to withdraw the money.
Maybe someday I will recive my sunglasses or get an e-mail from them ????????♀️
